forbid special chars in nicknames?

Hello all,

I want to just ask you, if the community don't want to disallow some special chars in nicknames (on the server side). This can solve some bug releated to this, for example https://lists.silcnet.org/pipermail/silc-devel/2006-September/001825.html. I think that the best we can do is implementation in fonction silc_identifier_check, I can try to do-it-myself, but I'm not sure that this come to terms of silc's philosophy.
