Missing symbian/win32 directories

: It appears as there are two directories missing from the silc-server
: directory, and one from the silc-client directory in the latest release.

: In silc-server lib/silcutil/win32 and lib/silcutil/symbian don't exist,
: yet both are mentioned in the automake file.

SILC Server only compiles on Unix/Linux machines, not on Windows or 
Symbian.
