[PATCH] Fix for double initialization of silc plugin in irssi (resulting in duplication of "action" messsages)

I'd suggest to remove this symlinking. It's a (fixed) bug in irssi not
to load the correct file. The latest irssi release doesn't support the
silc plugin anyway due to a bug in the irc module, so people have to use
a svn version, which again loads the correct module.
