[WEB REQ] GLIB support won\'t work - silc-client-1.0.3

*** The glib-config script installed by GLIB could not be found
(glib from ftp.gtk.org, 2.8.4 and 2.12.1 don\'t have this file. if either are installed, it can\'t find what it needs either way)
checking for GLIB - version >= 1.2.0... no
checking for GLIB - version >= 2.0.0... no
checking for GLIB - version >= 2.0.0... no
(what is it looking for? i installed 2.8.4 and then 2.12.1 and it wont find either. glib was done with configure/make/make install)
*** If you can\'t install GLIB anywhere or if you don\'t want to,
*** you can just unpack it to Irssi\'s source directory and
*** Irssi will automatically compile and use it.
(just moving the untar\'d source dir into the silc-client-1.0.3 dir wont work. renaming one to just \'glib\' doesnt help. what does it want?)
