[WEB REQ] impssible to connect with SILC network - SILC Gaim

Hi folks,
Newbee in SILC and Gain.
I have installed the clent SILC Gain. With this SW I have created a new account  (Fabio Gubler, nickname: stgub00) When I try to connect with the SIC network after the kex exchange I receive the message that I am disconnected. Best regards.
