Error encoding SILC public key identifier during a getkey

The problem is most likely that the public key you receive is malformed.  
I'm not sure how Silky creates public keys but it's possible that they are 
malformed as the checks for creating absolutely correct keys was missing 
from earlier versions of SILC Toolkit.  There's not really anything you 
can do, but to tell the user to regenerate their public key.
