SILC Symbian OS Development

We are looking for someone to assist us in development of next generation SILC 
based security communication mobile software under Symbian OS, targetting 
specifically Nokia E61i hardware for government agencies and private sector.    

We will either sponsor a person or pay them on a contract basis. We can 
further negotiate the specifics of the agreement and future involvment, once
